So-so. Lacks flavor but can be enhanced with salt and crackers.  Probably won't buy it again.  One thing I was really impressed with was the packaging which is very lightweight, recyclable and really easy to open - no scissors or can opener needed!

nouvelles et anciennes découvertes

I used to LOVE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and I'm so glad to have found 2 treats that are as just as comparable - if not better.

1st: I just got one of these today from the grocery store "Pro Bar - Old School PB&J".  Let's just say YUM!!  It's a healthier treat, I guess.  It's an 'energy bar' but it has 17 grams of fat - hopefully it's all good fat.

 2nd: These handmade truffles from Theo (one of our local Chocolatiers in Seattle) are the absolute BEST!  They also have delicious caramels (Ghost Chili, Pink Salted and Grey Salted.)

expérimentation

I'm always on the hunt for a delicious, economical lunch option.  Lately it's been Campbell's Noodle-O's... you can't beat $1.25!!  I've been seeing Annie Chun's Noodle Bowls everywhere and finally decided to give a try.  Today's selection: Pad Thai - "Fresh cooked Hokkien noodles in a classic and tangy Thai sauce."  YUK. Tastes nothing like the real thing, looks nothing like the image.  It tastes an awful lot like tangy fish sauce covered in peanuts, that's about it.  This gets a 2 out of 5 stars.
